How Our Story Began In Care

Our story began with private duty care for a single client while our founder was studying nursing. Seeing the difference that calm, respectful, personalized support made in one person's safety, comfort, and independence shaped how we care today - and continues to guide every decision we make with each family.

Nursing Experience Shaping Every Visit

With over twenty years in the nursing field, our leadership brings a careful clinical eye and calm problem-solving to everyday personal care. A BLS-certified Registered Nurse leads a team of BLS-certified Medication Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), all trained in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS), working together to manage medications, monitor changes, and support each client's safety, comfort, and confidence at home.

Our Philosophy, Care That Feels Personal

We believe the best in-home care is built on relationships, not routines. Guided by nursing experience, every client receives a clear, tailored plan that respects their preferences, culture, and pace. We explain what to expect, check in often, and encourage daily living skills, so clients stay involved, ease family worries, and maintain independence and dignity.

Meet Jeanine, Our Founder

Jeanine began her journey in care as a nursing student providing private duty support in clients' homes, and that experience shaped everything we do today. With more than twenty years in the nursing field, she understands how much safety, dignity, and independence matter.

Jeanine built Stages Of Our Lives to bring professional, BLS-certified caregivers into Indianapolis homes, so families gain both expert support and genuine companionship. She believes in listening first, then creating a care plan that matches each person's routines, goals, and abilities. Under her guidance, our team focuses on building steady, trusting relationships that help clients feel secure, move more confidently, and enjoy each day.
